    I wish we would have never moved in here. There has been a potato bug problem since we arrived over a year ago and it has only gotten worse. Yes, they are harmless, however they are disgusting and embarrassing when we have company. We have now submitted a number of maintenance requests (4+) and the bugs keep coming back, to the point where they are crawling up our walls, on the furniture and literally line the interior perimeter. The response is that the maintenance person will spray, however, they know the building is sitting on a huge infestation of bugs. Simple fix doesn't help.

    Not to mention, this place backs up to a trail park on genesee and over 8 residents had their tires slashed. One person from management said they were going to look into rental reimbursement because it was such an epidemic ... needles to say, that never happened.

    Cannot wait to leave here.
